(Scene: We are at the Production Dept of WWA Headquarters in Chicago, IL. There are a couple of technicians in the room waiting for the producer to arrive. They are chatting as they are making the technical arrangements for tonight's broadcast.)
Brad: How long does it take?
Steve: You know how long it took last time. Hours.
Brad: Yeah, never take Al to "El Grande Burro" for lunch again.
(The crew breaks out laughing as the producer; Al Pabon walks into the control room and grabs his headset. He takes his seat at the console and looks at the outline of tonight's show.)
Al: What's funny?
(The crew stops their laughing at their boss's expense.)
Brad: Nothing boss. All the tapes are cued and the talent is ready to get going.
Al: Well let's get on with it.

ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Steve presses a button and the open begins to play.)
(We see various shots of WWA superstars performing their signature moves as the open music plays then the scene explodes into a moving star field with the words WWA: On the Road dominates the screen. The scene switches to a wide shot of the WWA main studio and we see Chip Larson standing by the large video wall that is dominated by the starfield and WWA logo.)
(The shot switches to Chip Larson who is wearing khakis and a black WWA polo shirt.)
Chip: Good evening fans this is Chip Larson and welcome to this special edition of WWA On the Road. Recently we have had some recent technical difficulties and we apologize for repeat of that (Cough) great feature film "Leviathan's Great Watery Adventure" last Friday night. We have taken steps namely purchasing a dedicated channel on a satellite. This will allow us to beam any WWA event to our production facility here in Chicago and put together this program for you in a speedy fashion. So I promise no more Leviathan Movies or that (ahem) outstanding Jose Garces Mini Series " Jose Garces: The Secret Jigilo " 2 weeks ago we were in Rome Italy and the WWA took the city by storm! We were in the Circus Maximus Arena and well instead of talking about the atmosphere let's show you what happened.
(On the screen we see the WWA logo transition to a still of Deathblade and Big Daddy Superstar.)
Chip: This was our opening match and unfortunately for one of these men they did not live up to their name. Deathblade started the match by trying to get the early advantage by jumping Big Daddy as he was entering the arena. It worked momentarily with Big Daddy being pounded on all over the arena. But as is the case with rookies a mistake was made and big Daddy capitalized on it by power bombing his rival through the timekeeper's table. Then Deathblade was introduced to the ring bell
(Video plays of BDS rapping Deathblade with the bell on the forehead.)
Then it was just a matter of time as he hit the "Big Daddy Bomb" and demolished Deathblade for the win in a very convincing fashion.
(After his win video plays of BDS strutting to the back and enjoying his win.)
(Back to the studio)
Chip: This man has real potential but I don't like his attitude. Several of our Italian fans did not like his derogatory remarks about Italy and comparing Rome to Sicily. If that's one thing a Roman hates is being called a Sicilian. For our next match I would call this the mis match of the week. In once corner we have a man who has held nearly every title in the WWA in the Rat and his opponent was the infamous British Bullfrog. Let's see what happened. Rat and Chris made their usually cocky entrance and infact one of the lovely ladies in the audience tried to jump his bones and get some!!!! Chris pulled her off Rat and Rat looked at her and kissed her. Her legs literally gave out as she nearly fainted (but has a smile on her face). Anyway Rat made it into the ring and was in shock as BF made his entrance.
Now fans this you have to see to believe it.
(The following plays over the video wall: A huge man with muscular arms, legs, and chest... arrives in the arena to the strains of "Kiss the Frog"by Peter Gabriel playing over the P.A.. The man also has a significant pot-belly. (Think of Scott Norton with more defined arms sort of like...shocker here... the British Bulldog used to have back in his youth). He wears long green tights made of the shiny, Triple H-type material. His boots are also green, and are made to resemble webbed toes. His head is bald and shiny, and he has very fat cheeks and jowls. He has no facial hair. He is a Caucasian, though he paints his entire body green.)
Rat is laughing his rear off as this fetid creature enters the ring. The crowd is laughing at BF but he is completely oblivious to this as he enters and The bell rings and he turns around and we see on the rear of his trunks the words "Kiss the Frog."
Rat shrugs his shoulders and blasts him with a dropkick in the rear and BF's head connects with the ringpost. He is stunned but not out. So Rat blasts him with a Bulldog off the top rope!!! Then he gets his patented Rodent's Revenge STF on and the British Bullfrog once again goes down to defeat.
(Back to the Studio)
Chip: Not a real surprise there but I think if Bullfrog had the right opponent he could actually hit a move and well I won't go there. (Smiles) Our next match is a rematch from a few weeks ago. This has the potential to become the next big rivalry in the WWA. Remember when I told you that at the last House Show Saxon and Cole were just getting warmed up? Well watch this.
(Cole made is way to the ring and was walking to the ring and saw a fan holding up a poster of Saxon. He tears it to shreds and Saxon runs and attacks Cole with a flurry of fists and this one was on!)
Saxon had the early advantage on the outside taking it to Cole with fists and a huge suplex into the ring steps. Cole raked Saxon's eyes and got a breather as he started to choke out Saxon in this no DQ encounter. Then it got serious as Cole grabbed some of the audio cable and really tried to choke Saxon out. He whipped Saxon into the corner post and Saxon was cut wide open.
Cole went for a pin but Saxon somehow kicked out. At that point Cole went hit a 2 handed choke powerbomb and went for an easy cover but Saxon some how kicked out. Now Cole was p'oed. He started hitting Saxon with a series of elbows but then he missed one. Then another and another. Saxon was up to his feet and sprayed blood all over Cole's face as he was getting up. With Cole distracted he took a page from his street days and blasted Cole in the face with a chair and started to pound on his face. Soon they were both crimson messes.
Saxon finished the match by hitting his trademark moonsault and pinning (by sitting on his torso) a stunned Matt Cole clean in the middle of the ring.
Chip: Fans this one is far from over. I heard in the locker room that Cole is planning revenge for the humiliation Saxon caused him that night.
(The scene on the video wall changes to a still of The Wedge Brothers and the team of Krackerjack & Bubbles.)
Chip: Now this match was interesting. The men who humiliated the champs showed up in hills of Rome to fight a pair of up and comers in the WWA.
Now personally I like Bubbles. He has all of the tools to make it to the top and I like the idea of a wrestling clown. He's got style. Now I know that Krackerjack really has made waves here in the WWA and he may be in line for some action against some of the top stars in the WWA. If he can back up his words then we may have something special. But then again if he keeps making waves in the WWA office I can see him wrestling the British Bullfrog night after night.
The match with Willie and Bubbles starting and immediately Bubbles hits a couple of power moves and has Willie reeling. He makes a quick tag to the Manster and is blasted by a Bubbles clothesline. He tags on Krackerjack and the two cruiserweights lock-up. Krackerjack takes Manster over with an armdrag and as they lock up he slaps the Manster in the face. This enrages Manster and he charges and misses. Krackerjack tags Bubbles and Bubbles plasters Manster with a haymaker causing Manster to go down. Bubbles goes for the pin but Regan escapes the pin attempt and rolls out of the ring to a waiting Willie.
The Wedge Brothers leave the ring and are walking out complaining that the match is not fair and they are actually leaving the arena. The ref is counting and ultimately counts out the Wedges and Bubbles & Krackerjack win this one. But it's not over because just as they are leaving the arena floor the Wedges are jumped by the WWA tag team Champs Akira and LL!!!! (They were disguised as fans complete with wigs.) They fight and the fight is broken up by MIB security before it really gets going.
Chip: Now it's time for our main event. Aria came into the WWA and established himself as a force to be reckoned with. Franky is a good fighter and I think has the potential to make it in the WWA.
This match had it all power moves and a few surprises. It started off with Franky on the offensive and he dazzled Aria with his brawling and power moves. Franky was really enjoying himself pounding away at the Dreamer until he went for a release powerbomb and was blasted with a dropkick to the face by Aria!!
Aria was taking it to the brawler and in fact had him in several compromising positions (pin attempts) Franky tried to get the advantage back but Aria showed off his speed and his technical finece. He literally had him outclassed that night. But when push came to shove Aria proved to be too much and he put Burroughs away with a superkick square in the face.
Chip: Wow another convincing victory for Aria! Fans that's it for me.
(Music begins to play)
I am going to pass off to my friend Terry Tronson and he will take you through the second hour of WWA: On the Road.
(We see the co-host Terry Tronson standing at one of the smaller video walls on the set. The WWA logo on the video wall dissolves into a still of Xieng Chi Yoshida and Big Momma Bear. Terry is wearing jeans and a denim WWA shirt.)
Terry: Thanks Chip. Welcome to the second hour of On The Road. This show takes us to Stockholm, Sweden. I like to call this night of action Cruiser-Night. Some of the top crusierweights in the WWA were there and boy did they rock the house! But before we get to them we started the night with a ladies match.
(The Video Wall behind Terry changes from the WWA logo to a still of Xieng Chi Yoshida and Big Momma Bear.)
Xieng started off using her speed to try and get the mutant, sorry I mean Momma off her feet but to no avail. Every move she tried just would not work. She climbed to the top rope and missed a missile dropkick and Big Momma lumbered over and splashed her with "Big Momma's Pudding" (this is a second rope splash.) The pin was academic. Poor Xieng was taken out of the arena on a stretcher but she will be ok and wrestle again very soon. At least that's what the doctors tell me.
After the splash Momma went to the back and tried to get into Baby Face Brawler's locker room but was stopped by Big Haywood Simmons and the MIB security detail.
Speaking of which:
(Video plays on the wall of the Best of the Best arriving at the arena in their limo.)
The BoTB was met by Simmons and WWA President Tori Brooks and she proceeded to bar the BOTB from the arena all except for BfB. They protested but after the threat of a fine they piled into the limo and left.
Terry: This will have repercussions later in the card but let's get to the next match.
(The WWA logo on the wall dissolves into an image of Bubbles and Doc Blanchard)
Last week Bubbles and Krackerjack won their match against the Wedge Brothers. This week Bubbles faces a man who needs no intro because frankly no one was willing to intro him. Doc Blanchard is a lout who is trying to get back in the lime light in the WWA and he was going to use Bubbles as a stepping stone.
All I can say about this match was OH MY GOD!!! Bubbles from the beginning entertained the fans by taking Blanchard apart. Move after move he destroyed this kid. Several times he went for near pins but teased the pin for the fans, especially the kids who were really enjoying themselves.
Bubbles hit the "Bubble Butt" (This leads to his big finisher, after whipping opponent to corner, Bubbles charges in and slams his butt into their chest.) to the laughter of the fans!!!!
Bubbles gets Doc up onto the top turnbuckle then whips him up for a Tornado Power-Bomb but keeps them spinning into a top rope Tornado Front-Face slam. That was the Big Top and from there it was an easy 1,2,3 for the win.
Terry: I am starting to like him more and more each week. Bubbles is dangerous and very funny. A rare combo in wrestling. I see great things in his future. Another up and comer is his partner last week. Krackerjack is a great Cruiserweight and he had a wild match against Ice Cold.
Ice Cold came out to his usual entrance and the scandihoovians really got a kick out of Ice Cold as he was passing out the beer. Krackerjak came out with his mananger. THE GOAT!!!!
It seems that the goat had quite an impact on the match. Early on Ice Cold came on strong and had Krackerjak reeling. But Krackerjak was able to escape an early pin attempt and fight Ice Cold to the outside. They were slugging away when, well watch for yourself
(The Goat rams Ice Cold's ample rear end and this causes Ice Cold to get mad and charge the Goat. They literally butt heads and Ice Cold is out cold!!!!)
You saw it for yourselves. Krackerjak rolled the big man into the ring for an extremely easy pin.
Terry: I dare him to do that against any of the Best of the Best. But you have to admit it was a unique way to end a match. I still think he would have won without the goat. They let a goat manage and I can't wrestle. (Shakes his head)
(The video wall next converts to a shot of Pablo O'Connor and Matt Cole.)
Terry: We also saw Matt Cole last week in a brutal fight with Saxon. Sources tell me that Cole is far from done with Saxon. But on to this match. Pablo started off fast against Cole until he got Cole angry at him after he started to trash talk Matt. Cole went to lock up with the smaller man but instead went down stairs and hit a low blow and Pablo was reeling. It looked as though Cole had the match won (He actually had Pablo pinned on 2 occasions but Pablo was able to kick out. Cole kept complaining about a fast count.)
After Pablo kicked out of a belly to belly suplex pin attempt Cole got into the ref's face and they were arguing. Pablo had enough left to sneak up and roll Cole up in a schoolboy pin.
Pablo won that one and celebrated all the way to the back as Matt was still arguing with the official.
This week's Main Event features the WWA's Champion the Baby Face Brawler. As of late I am not too sure about our champion. He is very popular with the fans and at the same time not all that popular with the boys in the locker room. I guess when you are the champ that's what happens. He was set to face another rival of the BOTB stable in the Manster.
Don't get me wrong. This kid is good. Very good. But he is bad to the bone. I guess it's from living in one of the smallest states in the union and he has an inferiority complex.
Manster and his brother Willie go to the ring after his intro as does the champ but after all the entrances are done. Tori Brooks comes out and throws Willie out of the building (Video plays of this happening) Brooks insists that this will be a 1 on 1 match. She threw BoTB out and now was doing the same to Willie so no favoritism would be shown.
After lots of protesting and a 10 count by the ref Wille left the arena and the match was on. I am here to tell you that this match was wild. Regan pulled out all of the stops. BfB was not going to let this kid get the best of him. Early in the match it was all BfB until Regan blasted the champ in the face with a folding chair.
Regan then dazzled the crowd with an array of technical wrestling and down right dirty fighting. At one point he even dug his nails into the champ's back and raked his back.
Regan went for a Hurricanranna but the champ was ready as he reversed it into a wicked running powerbomb. Then it was all Brawler as he pounded mercilessly at his foe. He went so far as to pull the straps down on the Manster's singlet and lay in a series of painful chops to the chest.
BfB defeated Manster with his Lullaby superkick and it was all over. This match was better than some of the championship defenses of late. I really have to give credit to the Manster. He took it to the champ but he did not have enough.
BfB showed the audience in Stockholm why he is the Best of the Best
Chip: Well fans that's it for this special edition of WWA: On the Road. Look for a new edition this weekend at it's regular time.
For Terry Tronson I am Chip Larson. See you next week On The Road.
